Everyone assumed President Joe Biden would use his State of the Union address to show how vital and spry he is. It was a chance to show that he hadn’t lost a step.
However, we could not have predicted that Biden would do it by dancing on Laken Riley’s grave.
Laken Riley is a nursing student at the University of Georgia who decided to take an early morning run before classes on campus in Athens.
While on her run, Laken was sexually assaulted, attacked, and had her skull crushed by a rock.
Who attacked her?
An illegal immigrant from Venezuela named Jose Ibarra was allowed into the country by Joe Biden’s open border policy. Ibarra is an illegal migrant who was kept in the country, despite numerous encounters with law enforcement, by Biden’s refusal to deport policies.
For those with foggy recollections of where Georgia is located, it is five states removed from the Texas border.
However, under the administration’s come-one-come-all open border policies, each state is now on the border.
When Biden’s administration allows millions of illegal migrants, they are going to spread out throughout the United States. One spread to the University of Georgia campus.
Biden is directly responsible for the death of Laken. Toward the end of his speech, he decided to mention her.
“Lincoln Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal. That’s right. But how many of the thousands of people are being killed by illegals — to her parents, I say my heart goes out to you. Having lost children myself, I understand.”
The president couldn’t even get Laken’s name correct as he pivoted to exploit a young woman’s death because of his policies. He urged the GOP to pass an “immigration reform” bill that would still permit a devastating 1,825,000 illegal immigrants to cross into America yearly.
President Joe Biden should have begged forgiveness from Lake Riley’s parents, a rape victim in Louisiana, and from parents of a two-year-old murdered by an illegal immigrant in Maryland last week — all of which had no business in the country.
Instead, Biden showed a shocking display of callous indifference to Laken’s parents was on display for the world to see.
Republican Representative Mike Collins of Georgia, who represents the district where Laken was murdered, kept an empty chair in the gallery of the House to represent Laken and her parents.
The empty chair also represents the void where Joe Biden’s heart and conscience should be.
